Description	HSPC-Chol-DSPE-mPEG2000-MPL LNP is a multifunctional nanoliposome that integrates long-circulation delivery and innate immune activation. It adopts an accurate and quantitative HSPC-Chol-DSPE-mPEG2000-MPL (56.2:38.5:4.3:1) quaternary compound formula. The system uses highly stable HSPC-Chol (56.2:38.5) as the structural skeleton, combined with 4.3 mol% DSPE-mPEG2000 to form a sterically stable layer, and innovatively integrates 1 mol% monophosphoryl lipid A (MPL) as an immune adjuvant. MPL is a TLR4 agonist that chemically reduces Tox, which can effectively activate antigen-presenting cells (such as dendritic cells) and induce Th1-type immune responses while avoiding excessive Tox of lipid A.
