| Description | The high-throughput co-culture chip is a dynamic co-culture organ-on-a-chip capable of culturing single cells or organoids, as well as constructing co-culture models of organoids and stromal cells. Using a rocking perfusion device, it enables pump-free, high-throughput dynamic fluid culture. Every three adjacent wells on the chip are connected in series via bottom microchannels to form a single culture unit, facilitating sufficient exchange of oxygen and nutrients as well as the transmission of signaling molecules. |
