Description	Heparin magnetic beads exhibit rapid magnetic response, high heparin density, and excellent physicochemical stability. Surface-conjugated heparin bears negatively charged sulfate groups for strong binding to positively charged proteins, as well as specific affinity for growth factors and antithrombin III, enabling one-step magnetic purification from plasma. Compared to column chromatography, Magrose Heparin beads require no sample pre-processing, flow rate, or pressure control, allowing rapid parallel high-throughput purification without expensive equipment.
Applications	For the isolation and purification of biomolecules such as antithrombin III, coagulation factors, nucleic acid-binding proteins, lipoproteins, interferons, steroid receptors, thrombin, and thrombin-like proteins.
