Description	Gadolinium Oxide (Gd₂O₃) Microspheres are spherical gadolinium oxide particles with special paramagnetic and neutron shielding properties, applied in magnetic resonance auxiliary materials and nuclear industry shielding raw materials.
Applications	The power industry; as a control material for nuclear reactors and a raw material for the production of gadolinium; used as a dopant, a sensitizing fluorescent material in medical devices, a material for manufacturing magnetic bubbles, and an additive for optical prisms, among other applications.
Features	The product has high purity, small particle size, uniform distribution, large specific surface area, high surface activity, and low bulk density; it is insoluble in water and soluble in acids to form the corresponding salts. When exposed to air, it readily absorbs moisture and carbon dioxide from the atmosphere, leading to deterioration. It reacts with ammonia to form a hydrate precipitate of gadolinium.
