Description	Fluorescent DiO Control Liposomes for Clophosome is a green fluorescence tracing and uptake verification tool designed specifically for Clophosome series liposomes (including active clodronate liposomes and their anionic controls). It stably incorporates the lipophilic green fluorescent dye DiO into the lipid bilayer, while loading the internal aqueous phase with the same ingredients as the target Clophosome product (which can be active clodronate solution or control buffer). The product is completely consistent with the target Clophosome product in terms of lipid composition, particle size distribution, surface charge, drug loading and concentration, and only uses DiO labeling to achieve visual tracking.
