Description	This PDMS passive microfluidic mixer chip employs a passive mixing geometry. By inducing secondary transverse helical flows (Dean flow) within the channel, it achieves efficient mixing without external energy input, with mixing efficiencies exceeding 95%. Compared with diffusion-limited mixing, the mixing time is reduced by one to two orders of magnitude, making it particularly suitable for rapid, homogeneous mixing in chemical reactions, nanoparticle synthesis, analytical pre-processing, and biochemical reagent preparation.
Applications	Enables rapid and homogeneous fluid mixing for organ‑on‑a‑chip biochemical reaction and sample pretreatment.
