Description	Escherichia coli O157:H7 is transmitted through contaminated food, water, and direct person‑to‑person contact, with foodborne transmission representing the primary infection route. It is the most clinically significant serotype within the Shiga toxin‑producing Escherichia coli group, also referred to as enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli. E. coli O157:H7 primarily targets the large intestine, inducing severe clinical complications including hemorrhagic colitis and hemolytic uremic syndrome. The magnetic beads in this product are covalently functionalized with mouse anti‑E. coli O157:H7 monoclonal antibodies, enabling efficient, rapid, and highly specific isolation and enrichment of E. coli O157:H7 cells. The isolated and concentrated samples can be directly applied to downstream detection methods including immunochromatography, ELISA, PCR, biosensing applications, and high‑throughput gene sequencing.
