Description	Enrofloxacin is a third‑generation fluoroquinolone broad‑spectrum antimicrobial agent commonly used in veterinary medicine, serving as an ethyl derivative of ciprofloxacin. It exhibits potent activity against Gram‑negative bacteria, Gram‑positive bacteria, and mycoplasma, with superior antimicrobial efficacy compared to norfloxacin. Chronic dietary exposure to enrofloxacin‑residue eggs may cause mild gastrointestinal irritation, headache, dizziness, sleep disturbances, and potential liver injury. The magnetic beads of this product are covalently coupled with mouse anti‑enrofloxacin monoclonal antibodies, allowing efficient, rapid, and selective isolation and enrichment of enrofloxacin. The isolated and enriched samples can be applied to downstream analytical methods such as immunochromatography, ELISA, HPLC, and LC‑MS/MS.
