Description	Eganelisib (IPI-549) LNP is a specialized nanoliposome formulation of the selective PI3K-γ inhibitor Eganelisib (IPI-549), which is encapsulated using the optimized formula WNX5.2. As a highly selective PI3K-γ oral inhibitor, Eganelisib can enhance the anti-tumor immune response by regulating the function of immunosuppressive myeloid cells in the tumor microenvironment, showing synergistic potential in combined immune checkpoint inhibitor treatment. However, its limited oral bioavailability, unsatisfactory distribution in the body, and insufficient targeting of the tumor immune microenvironment limit its full effect.
