Description	DT-061 (SMAP) LNP is a specialized nanoliposome formulation of the protein phosphatase 2A small molecule activator DT-061 (SMAP). As a type of allosteric activator that selectively binds and stabilizes the PP2A-B56α isoform, DT-061 can restore the tumor inhibitory activity of PP2A, thereby regulating multiple carcinogenic signaling pathways (such as MAPK, PI3K/Akt, Wnt, etc.) through dephosphorylation, inducing tumor cell cycle arrest and apoptosis. However, its limited water solubility, rapid metabolism in the body, and lack of tissue targeting limit its full effect.
