Description	DSPC-DSPE-mPEG2000 (95-5, mol-mol)lipid nanoparticles are fully synthetic, cholesterol-free, high-purity PEGylated lipid nanoparticles using the exact binary formulation of DSPC-DSPE-mPEG2000 (95: 5). This system uses synthetic distearoylphosphatidylcholine (DSPC, tm≈55°C)as the only skeleton phospholipid, and its fully saturated symmetrical C18 alkyl chain forms a highly ordered and tightly arranged rigid gel membrane at physiological temperature. By incorporating 5 mol% DSPE-mPEG2000, a uniform polyethylene glycol hydration layer is constructed on the lipid nanoparticle surface, giving it certain "stealth" properties and steric stability.
