Description	DSPC-Chol-DSPE-mPEG2000 (50-45-5, mol-mol) Liposomes are PEGylated long-circulation liposomes composed of fully synthetic high-purity phospholipids, using the ratio DSPC-Chol-DSPE-mPEG2000 (50:45:5). This system uses distearoylphosphatidylcholine (DSPC, Tm≈55°C) as the core phospholipid. Its fully saturated C18 carbon chain and high proportion of cholesterol (45 mol%) cooperate to form a highly dense and ordered rigid gel membrane structure, providing retention stability for the drug. By incorporating 5 mol% DSPE-mPEG2000, a hydrated polymer layer was built on the liposome surface, giving it "stealth" properties.
