| Description | DSPC-CHOL Liposomes with (NH₄)₂SO₄ Gradient is an active drug-loading blank liposome platform based on fully synthetic high-purity phospholipids. It is constructed using a DSPC:CHOL (55:45 mol:mol) formula with a clear chemical structure, and the particle size is accurately controlled at ~100 nm through extrusion technology. A high-concentration ammonium sulfate solution is established in the internal aqueous phase, forming a stable transmembrane chemical gradient. As a synthetic phospholipid, DSPC has a high phase transition temperature (~55°C) similar to HSPC, but due to its single composition, no batch differences, and high purity, it can provide ultimate data reproducibility and membrane stability. |
