Description	This PDMS droplet-generator microfluidic chip. Utilizing precisely controlled cross-flow shear (flow-focusing) or T-junction geometries, it produces monodisperse droplets/emulsion particles at the interface of two immiscible liquid phases. High monodispersity (CV < 5%) ensures quantitative accuracy in downstream analyses, making it suitable for single-cell encapsulation, digital PCR (dPCR) compartmentalization, drug-loaded microsphere synthesis, and high-throughput screening applications.
