Description DOX@LNP-PTP peptide-DTPA is a multifunctional drug delivery complex. Lipid nanoparticles (LNP), as the core carrier, have biocompatibility, controllable particle size and surface properties, which can effectively encapsulate doxorubicin to prevent its premature degradation or clearance in the body, while enhancing the stability of the drug. Doxorubicin interferes with the DNA replication and transcription process by intercalating into the DNA double strands of tumor cells, thereby exerting harmful effects on cells. The PTP peptide plays a targeting role and can specifically recognize and bind to relevant receptors or targets on the tumor cell surface or in specific tissues, guiding the LNP carrying doxorubicin to accurately enrich the target site and reduce side effects on normal tissues. As a chelating agent, DTPA can, on the one hand, combine with metal ions and combine with radioactive metal ions for imaging or collaborative treatment; on the other hand, it may be involved in regulating the stability and surface charge of the complex, optimizing the performance of the entire delivery system.
