Description	DOPC-CHOL Liposomes labeled with Texas Red DHPE is a red fluorescent-labeled liposome model used for multi-color tracing and positioning studies. It uses dioleoylphosphatidylcholine (DOPC) and cholesterol as the basic membrane material to construct a liquid crystal membrane structure with high fluidity, and the particle size is accurately controlled at 200 nm through extrusion technology. Its core feature lies in the stable incorporation of the fluorescent probe Texas Red DHPE into the lipid bilayer. The Texas Red group of the probe provides a strong red fluorescence signal (excitation/emission peak approximately ~595 nm/~615 nm), while the phospholipid structure of DHPE (dipalmitoylphosphatidylethanolamine) ensures that it is firmly anchored to the lipid membrane and difficult to leak.
