It uses dioleoylphosphatidylcholine (DOPC) and cholesterol as the basic membrane material to construct a liquid crystal membrane structure with high fluidity, and the particle size is accurately controlled at 200 nm through extrusion technology. Its core feature is that the fluorescent probe Fluorescein DHPE is stably incorporated into the lipid bilayer. The fluorescein group of the probe provides a strong green fluorescence signal (excitation/emission peak about ~495 nm/~519 nm), and the phospholipid structure of DHPE (dipalmitoylphosphatidylethanolamine) ensures that it is firmly anchored on the lipid membrane and is not easy to leak. |
