Description	DODAP-DOPE Cationic LNP is a pH-sensitive gene delivery system based on the ionizable cationic lipid DODAP. It is composed of the cationic lipid DODAP and the neutral auxiliary phospholipid DOPE in an optimized ratio. DODAP is an ionizable lipid. Its tertiary amine head group is protonated and positively charged in an acidic environment (such as pH 4.0), and can bind and condense nucleic acids to form a stable complex; while it is neutral at physiological pH (7.4), reducing non-specific Tox to cells. DOPE exerts its powerful endosomal membrane fusion and destruction capabilities to collaboratively promote endosomal escape.
