Description	DMPC-Chol (70-30, mol-mol) Liposomes are non-PEGylated liposomes formulated using DMPC-Chol (70:30). This system uses dimyristoylphosphatidylcholine (DMPC, Tm≈23°C) as the main phospholipid component. At physiological temperature, its lipid bilayer is in a liquid crystal state and has moderate membrane fluidity and permeability. The addition of 30 mol% cholesterol effectively regulates and stabilizes the arrangement of phospholipid molecules, enhances the mechanical strength of the double layer, reduces the drug leakage rate, and avoids phase transition instability caused by temperature fluctuations.
