Description	DMPC-Chol-DSPE-mPEG2000 (50-45-5, mol-mol) Liposomes are functionalized liposomes with a low PEG modification ratio (5 mol%), using DMPC-Chol-DSPE-mPEG2000 (50:45:5) ternary compound formula. This system uses high-fluidity DMPC (phase transition temperature ~23°C) as the main phospholipid, combined with a high proportion of cholesterol (45 mol%) to enhance membrane stability, and introduces low-content DSPE-mPEG2000 (5 mol%) to achieve mild PEGylation on the surface. This design retains the temperature-sensitive characteristics of the DMPC system, while reducing plasma protein adsorption through the steric hindrance of the PEG layer and extending the body circulation time.
