| Description | DiR Labeled Tumor-Accumulating Liposomes are a type of near-infrared second-region (NIR-II) fluorescent-labeled liposomes specially designed for tumor in vivo imaging. They use a long-circulation formula (such as HSPC/Chol/PEG liposomes) as the carrier base and covalently embed the lipophilic near-infrared fluorescent dye DiR. DiR has optical properties. Its MAX excitation/emission wavelength is located at ~750 nm/~780 nm, which is in the near-infrared second zone window. It can achieve deeper tissue penetration, higher spatial resolution and lower background interference. |
