Description	DDAB-DOPE Cationic LNP is a powerful cationic liposome system based on the double-chain quaternary ammonium salt surfactant DDAB. It is composed of the cationic lipid DDAB and the neutral auxiliary phospholipid DOPE in a specific ratio. DDAB is a cationic amphipathic molecule containing two saturated dodecyl chains. Its quaternary ammonium salt head group gives it strong positive charge density and nucleic acid condensation ability, and can compress DNA, siRNA, etc. to form small and stable complexes. DOPE provides membrane fusion function and promotes endosomal escape.
