Description	DC-CHOL-DOPE Cationic Liposomes is a low-Tox cationic liposome system based on the cationized cholesterol derivative DC-CHOL. It is composed of the cationic lipid DC-CHOL and the neutral auxiliary phospholipid DOPE in an optimized ratio. DC-CHOL has a positively charged carbamoylethyldimethylamine group connected to the cholesterol skeleton, which combines the stability of cholesterol membrane integration with the nucleic acid binding ability of cationic lipids. DOPE, with its unique conical molecular structure, promotes the transformation of lipid membranes from lamellar phase to hexagonal phase in acidic endosomal environment, thereby enhancing endosomal escape efficiency.
