Description	CNBr-activated agarose magnetic beads are prepared using 6% highly cross-linked agarose gel with an average particle diameter of 20-45 μm, surface-modified with long carbohydrate chains to increase specific surface area and enhance biocompatibility. Affinity media synthesized from this support reduces steric interference between proteins and between proteins and the matrix, providing higher binding capacity at identical ligand levels and superior resolution. The increased specific surface area accelerates equilibrium and elution processes. The offered CNBr-activated agarose magnetic beads come pre-activated.
