Description	CD66b⁺ cells are a type of immune cell that mainly expresses the antigen CD66b (CEACAM8), which is specifically present on the surface of neutrophils and eosinophils. They account for the majority of granulocytes in the peripheral blood of healthy individuals. This molecule is a glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)-anchored protein with a molecular weight of approximately 95-100 kDa. It participates in functions such as cell adhesion, migration, and pathogen recognition. The Human CD66b⁺ Cell Sorting Kit (Positive Selection) is suitable for sorting CD66b⁺ cells from human peripheral blood samples. Through sorting, highly pure CD66b⁺ cells with a purity of up to 98% can be obtained.
