Description	CD56+ NK Cell Sorting Beads are superparamagnetic beads labeled with antibodies specific to human CD56, a key marker for natural killer (NK) cells. These beads allow rapid and efficient positive or negative selection of CD56-positive NK cells from human blood or mononuclear cell preparations, supporting research into innate immunity, tumor surveillance, cellular cytotoxicity, and immunotherapy.
Applications	For the in vitro enrichment of CD56+ cells from fresh or frozen peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), leukocyte isolates, or single-cell suspensions based on human CD56 surface expression.
Storage Solution	Supplied in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS), containing Human Serum Albumin (HSA) and Poloxamer 188.
Storage	Store at 2-8°C. Do not freeze.
