Description	CD56 is a cell surface marker that is mainly associated with natural killer cells (NK cells). It plays a significant role in immune responses, cell adhesion, and signal transmission. Based on the expression density of CD56, NK cells can be classified into CD56 Bright (immature NK cells) and CD56 Dim (mature NK cells), which have different functional characteristics. CD56 Cell Sorting Kit (Positive) enables specific positive selection of CD56+ NK cells and innate lymphocytes from mouse hematopoietic samples, supporting research in innate immune defense and tumor surveillance.
Applications	For the isolation of CD56+ cells from mouse spleen cells, lymph nodes, or other single-cell suspensions. The isolated CD56+ cells are suitable for applications such as culture and expansion, functional assays, gene expression analysis, and phenotypic characterization.
