Description	CD56 is a cell surface marker that is mainly associated with natural killer cells (NK cells). It plays a significant role in immune responses, cell adhesion, and signal transmission. Based on the expression density of CD56, NK cells can be classified into CD56 Bright (immature NK cells) and CD56 Dim (mature NK cells), which have different functional characteristics. CD56+ Cell Magnetic Beads are superparamagnetic beads conjugated with antibodies against mouse CD56, supporting specific isolation of CD56-expressing natural killer (NK) cells and innate lymphocyte subsets for research in innate immunity and cytotoxicity.
Applications	For positive selection or depletion of CD56+ cells from mouse spleen, thymus, peripheral blood, or lymph nodes. Isolated CD56+ cells can be used for applications such as culture and expansion, functional assays, gene expression analysis, and phenotypic characterization.
