Description	CD45 is a protein that is widely present on the surface of immune system cells and plays a crucial role in regulating the activation, proliferation and differentiation of immune cells. It is an important marker for distinguishing immune cells from other types of cells (such as epithelial cells, muscle cells, etc.). CD45+ T Cell Magnetic Beads target the pan-leukocyte marker CD45 expressed on mouse T cells, enabling efficient immunomagnetic separation of total T cell populations for general immunophenotyping and downstream functional assays.
Applications	Used for the positive selection or removal of CD45+ T cells from mouse spleen, thymus, peripheral blood, or lymph nodes. The isolated CD45+ T cells can be used for applications such as culture and expansion, functional assays, gene expression analysis, and phenotypic characterization.
