| Description | CD3 and CD28 can be regarded as two important targets for T cell activation. When CD3 and CD28 antibodies are used together to stimulate T cells in vitro, it can simulate the dual signaling effect of T cell activation in vivo. Using this magnetic bead, it is possible to simply and conveniently activate and expand mouse T cells in vitro without adding feeder cells (antigen-presenting cells) or antigens. This product is a 5 µm diameter inert superparamagnetic bead, covalently coupled with anti-mouse CD3 and CD28 antibodies, simulating the activation and expansion of T cells by antigen-presenting cells. After T cell activation and expansion, the activated T cell magnetic beads can be easily removed by magnetic force frame. |
