Description CD34 is a highly glycosylated type I transmembrane glycoprotein, mainly expressed on the surface of hematopoietic stem cells (HSC) and progenitor cells (HPC). It plays a crucial role in cell adhesion, stem cell homing, and angiogenesis. CD34+ cells are widely present in the bone marrow, peripheral blood, and umbilical cord blood, and are key cell types for hematopoietic system reconstruction and vascular repair. The human CD34+ cell enrichment kit is suitable for rapidly enriching CD34+ cells from human umbilical cord blood mononuclear cells (CBMC) or peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC). CD34+ Cell Sorting Beads target CD34 to isolate hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells from human cord blood, bone marrow, or peripheral blood for stem cell research and regenerative medicine applications.
Applications For in vitro enrichment of CD34+ cells from fresh or frozen peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), leukocyte exchange products, or single-cell suspensions based on human CD34 surface expression.
Storage Solution Supplied in phosphate buffered-saline (PBS), containing Human Serum Albumin (HSA) and Poloxamer 188.
