Description CD34 is a highly glycosylated type I transmembrane glycoprotein, mainly expressed on the surface of hematopoietic stem cells (HSC) and progenitor cells (HPC). It plays a crucial role in cell adhesion, stem cell homing, and angiogenesis. CD34+ cells are widely present in the bone marrow, peripheral blood, and umbilical cord blood, and are key cell types for hematopoietic system reconstruction and vascular repair. The human CD34+ cell enrichment kit is suitable for rapidly enriching CD34+ cells from human umbilical cord blood mononuclear cells (CBMC) or peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC). CD34+ Cell Enrichment Kit (Negative) achieves high-purity enrichment of CD34+ stem cells from human hematopoietic samples via negative magnetic selection, preserving primitive cell properties.
Applications For enriching CD34+ cells from human cord blood mononuclear cells (CBMCs) or peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs).
Features One-step enrichment achieves a 10-fold concentration, while two-step enrichment achieves a 30-fold concentration. CD34+ cell enrichment can be completed in just 30 minutes without the need for a separation column; simply use it with a magnetic separator.
