| Description | CD19 CAR mRNA (Mouse)-LNP is an advanced nucleic acid biological agent formed by efficiently encapsulating the mRNA molecule encoding mouse-derived anti-CD19 chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) in lipid nanoparticles (LNP). It represents a disruptive cancer immunotherapy paradigm - "in vivo generation" CAR-T cell therapy. Traditional CAR-T therapy requires the isolation of T cells from the patient, genetic modification and expansion in vitro, and then reinfusion. The process is complex, time-consuming and expensive. This product aims to deliver the "production instructions" (CAR mRNA) directly to the T cells in the body through a single injection, so that they can be instantly equipped with "weapons" (CARs) targeting the CD19 antigen, thereby achieving immediate attack on malignant tumors of CD19-positive B cells. |
