| Product Name | CD11b+ Cell Sorting Beads, Human & Mouse |
| Catalog Number | MGB-CS-019 |
| Size | 1 mL, 2 mL |
| Description | CD11b+ cells are mainly markers of myeloid immune cells, typically including monocytes, macrophages, and neutrophils. CD11b (integrin αM) plays a significant role in these cells, participating in cell adhesion, migration, and phagocytic functions. Specifically, CD11b+ cells can be activated macrophages (such as CD11b⁺CD68⁺ or CD11b⁺CD163⁺) or other myeloid cell types, and their expression levels are influenced by the state of the cells. CD11b+ Cell Sorting Beads are cross-reactive superparamagnetic beads functionalized with anti-CD11b antibodies, enabling consistent and efficient magnetic isolation of CD11b+ myeloid cells including monocytes, macrophages, and neutrophils from both human and mouse samples. |
| Applications | Isolation or depletion of mouse macrophages from lymphoid tissue. Positive selection or depletion of human monocytes/macrophages and granulocytes from peripheral blood or lymphoid tissue. Positive selection or depletion of myeloid cells from human and mouse bone marrow. |
