Description	CD11b+ cells are mainly markers of myeloid immune cells, typically including monocytes, macrophages, and neutrophils. CD11b (integrin αM) plays a significant role in these cells, participating in cell adhesion, migration, and phagocytic functions. Specifically, CD11b+ cells can be activated macrophages (such as CD11b⁺CD68⁺ or CD11b⁺CD163⁺) or other myeloid cell types, and their expression levels are influenced by the state of the cells. CD11b+ Cell Magnetic Beads are specifically developed for the magnetic separation of CD11b+ myeloid cells from non-human primate samples, offering high specificity and performance for preclinical immunological and translational research.
Applications	Developed for the isolation of myeloid cells from rhesus monkey peripheral blood. CD11b is expressed on rhesus monkey granulocytes and monocytes.
