Description	Campylobacter jejuni is primarily transmitted through contaminated food, milk, and water sources, and ranks among the most prevalent pathogens associated with sporadic bacterial gastroenteritis. Clinical manifestations include cramping abdominal pain, watery or bloody diarrhea, headache, general malaise, and febrile responses. The magnetic beads of this product are covalently functionalized with mouse anti‑Campylobacter jejuni monoclonal antibodies, enabling efficient, rapid, and highly selective isolation and concentration of Campylobacter jejuni. Pre‑enriched culture samples are incubated with antibody‑coated magnetic beads; following magnetic separation, the concentrated bacterial specimens are suitable for downstream detection applications including immunochromatography, ELISA, PCR, biosensing systems, and high‑throughput gene sequencing.
