| Description | Anti-HIS magnetic beads are prepared by covalently coupling high-grade mouse monoclonal anti-His antibody to nanoscale magnetic beads, which specifically bind to His-tagged proteins in plant, animal or microbial lysates, serum, ascites and other samples for IP, Co-IP, or purification of His-tagged fusion proteins and complexes. The His-tag consists of six consecutive histidine residues (HHHHHH); its coding sequence is fused to the 5′ or 3′ end of the target gene to express His-tagged recombinant proteins. |
