Description	Alenphosome-Alendronate Liposomes (Neutral) are neutral charge-targeted liposomes constructed based on the third-generation bisphosphonate drug alendronate. It uses a neutral or near-neutral lipid formula (such as HSPC/Chol/DSPE-mPEG2000), and encapsulates alendronate in the aqueous phase of the liposome through active drug loading or gradient method. Different from traditional cationic or anionic liposomes, the surface charge of this product is close to neutral (Zeta potential ≈ 0 mV) after being modified with PEG, thereby minimizing non-specific binding to serum proteins and prolonging the circulation time in the body.
