Description	A939572 LNP is a specialized nano-lipid nanoparticle formulation targeting the inhibitor A939572 of stearoyl-CoA desaturase 1 (SCD1). A939572 inhibits SCD1 activity and interferes with the synthesis of monounsaturated fatty acids (such as oleic acid), thereby affecting cell membrane integrity, signal transduction and energy metabolism, and shows anti-proliferative activity in a variety of tumors (especially metabolism-dependent tumors). However, its poor water solubility, insufficient in vitro stability and lack of tissue targeting limit its full effect.
