| Description | This chip is designed for 3D cell culture, electrochemical gradient applications, and barrier model construction. Its core structure consists of a central cell culture chamber and two laterally connected channels, all at the same height, making it compatible with all types of optical microscopes (including inverted phase-contrast, confocal, and fluorescence microscopes). In barrier and vascular system models, the two lateral channels are designed to simulate vascular structures and support endothelial cell culture, thereby enabling the study and modeling of biological barrier functions (such as the blood-vascular barrier). |

Includes cell/spheroid invasion and migration models under chemotactic stimulation; Ischemia Models: Tumor and ischemia models can be constructed based on cell type metabolism, cell density, flow conditions, and the supply of nutrients and oxygen; Angiogenesis and endothelialization models; Blood-Brain Barrier Models: Neurons and glial cells are seeded in the central chamber, with endothelial cells located in the lateral channels. |
