Product Infomation
Catalog Number GRA-XT016
Product Name Graphene Floor Heating Ink
Synonyms Graphene Floor Heating Ink
Description Graphene floor heating ink is a kind of low-temperature curing conductive ink produced by our company. After low-temperature curing, under the excitation of electricity, "Brownian motion" is generated through graphene carbon molecular groups, and the graphene carbon molecules They collide and rub against each other to generate heat energy, and emit 8-15μm far-infrared light, and the conversion rate of electricity and heat is over 99%. The ink is suitable for gravure and screen printing, and is mainly used in far-infrared electric heating film; infrared heater; self-heating floor; far-infrared electric heating mural; far-infrared drying oven, etc. It has good adhesion on PET and PI films, and the heating power is stable. It can be widely used in floor heating, wall heating, flooring, drying oven and other fields.
Morphology & Appearance Black Paste
Storage Store at room Temperature. It contains organic solvents, keep well ventilated, avoid inhalation of excess vapor into the body, if it comes into contact with the skin, it should be cleaned with alcohol and hand sanitizer in time
Application 1. Electric floor heating
2. Electric carpet
3. Electric wall heater
4. Electric heater, etc.
Usage 1. Substrate: PI, PET film
2. Printing plate: gravure roll, stainless steel screen or polyester screen
3. Thinner: DBE, CAC, etc., depending on the drying speed
4. Curing process: drying tunnel 50 meters, 150 ℃, speed ≤ 10 m/min, or oven 120 ℃, 25 minutes
5. Cleaning agent: BAC, DBE, CAC, etc.
6. The high and low resistance can be adjusted according to the needs, or the resistance regulator can be added to increase the resistance to obtain the corresponding required power
Warning 1. Use British 60-100 mesh gravure; or 150-300 mesh polyester or stainless steel screen printing, and the hardness of the squeegee is 65-80 degrees
2. Stir well before use. Add diluent or resistance regulator and stir well before use
3. The printing substrate must be cleaned. If grease, oxides, hand sweat and other pollutants remain, the adhesion and electrical performance will be seriously reduced.
4. There must be enough ink when printing, otherwise it will affect the printing performance and the printing thickness of the ink, resulting in a change in resistance
5. In order to ensure that the performance of the ink is basically the same, the viscosity should be kept the same when printing; when adding the diluent, the ink should be collected and mixed with some new ink, and then an appropriate amount (less than 5%) of the special diluent should be added, and then fully stirred evenly
6. The curing must be thorough, otherwise the required properties cannot be obtained
