Description This coating forms a uniformly distributed coating on the metal surface by hybridizing nano-inorganic oxides and organic polymers. It can effectively combine with the metal substrate, improve the adhesion of the coating, to form a dense protective film. It can also effectively improve the hardness and wear resistance of the coating, greatly improve the antibacterial and mildew resistance, and effectively protect the metal products from corrosion. It also functions as hydrophobic, oleophobic, stain-resistant and sweat-resistant, etc.

Application It is suitable for hardening, abrasion resistance, antibacterial and mildew protection treatment of various metal materials, such as various aluminum profiles, stainless steel, nickel-plated zinc alloy and nickel-plated copper alloy.
Usage Before painting, the metal surface must be cleaned and dried with a solvent or detergent to remove all oil stains, grease or other contaminants.
According to the different conditions of the shape, size and surface state of the metal material, choose spraying and other processes for painting. It is recommended to sample test before construction.
First spray the primer coating on the metal surface, the primer coating is self-drying type, and let it dry after standing for top coating.
Then spray antibacterial and antifungal paint on the basis of primer, then put it for 3-5 minutes, and then cure at 110 °C for 40 minutes.

2. Keep away from fire and heat sources, and keep it out of the reach of children;
3. The workplace should have good ventilation conditions, and fireworks are strictly prohibited;
4. It is recommended that operators wear work protective clothing, chemical protective gloves, and goggles;
5. Prohibit entrance, avoid contact with eyes and skin. In case of splash into eyes, immediately rinse with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
