The specific content of "General Requirements for the Safety of Student Supplies" includes the following:

√ The maximum limits for the migratable elements antimony, arsenic, barium, cadmium, chromium, lead, mercury, and selenium are specified;
√ The content of benzene in the organic solvent of the modified product is specified, and it should not contain chlorinated hydrocarbons;
√ The content of free formaldehyde, benzene and xylene in the adhesive is specified;
√ The content of formaldehyde in stationery shall not exceed 300mg / kg;

The contents of stationery inspection include physical test and chemical test.
Physical test content are as follows:

• Paper test
• Gram weight, thickness, smoothness, air permeability, roughness, whiteness, tensile strength, tear strength, PH measurement, etc..
• Adhesive testing
• Viscosity, cold and heat resistance, solid content, peel strength (90 degree peel and 180 degree peel), PH value measurement, etc..
• Other tests such as stapler and puncher, generally can do some size, functional verification and hardness of metal parts, rust resistance, overall impact resistance, etc..

• U.S. Children's Guide to Hazardous Liquid Chemicals (16 CFR 1500.231)
• Hazardous substances in products requiring special labels in the United States (16 CFR 1500.14)
