Description Chitosan oligosaccharide, also known as chitosan oligosaccharide and oligochitosan, is an oligosaccharide product with a degree of polymerization between 2 and 20, which has a molecular weight of ≤3000 Da, which is water soluble. Low molecular weight products with good properties, large functional effects and high biological activity. It has high solubility not found in chitosan, is completely soluble in water, and is easily absorbed by organisms and many other unique functions.
