Description	RGD peptide is an arginine-glycine-aspartic acid peptide sequence that can specifically bind to a variety of cellular integrins and provide a cell adhesion site. Acrylylated RGD peptides introduce propylene groups, which can be coupled with double bond-modified photosensitive biomaterials under the action of photoinitiators by ultraviolet or visible light, thereby promoting the adhesion of hydrogels to cells. Acrylylated RGD peptide can be chemically coupled with photocurable hydrogels such as PEGDA, ALMA, HAMA, F127DA, DexMA, etc. by photoinitiation, which can significantly improve the cell adhesion performance of the material.
