Formula analysis refers to the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the chemical composition of unknown substances through the comprehensive use of various chemical or physical analysis and testing methods, which provides a reliable basis for scientific research, formula research, product development, and improved production processes. Re-innovation provides strong technical support. The formula analysis involves industries such as electronic appliances, textiles, plastics, rubber, industrial supplies, etc. The products involved in the formula analysis include: plastic and rubber products, flux, metal cooling lubricants, cosmetics, inks, water treatment agents, etc.

During the testing process, the main test instruments we used are:
Fourier infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC / MS), high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer (ICP-OES), ion chromatography (IC), X-ray photoelectron Energy spectrometer (XPS), X-ray diffractometer (XRD) and many other related instruments.

The industries commonly used in formula analysis are as follows:
• Chemical formula analysis: cleaning agents, cosmetics, adhesives, inks, paints.
• Food formula analysis: food additives, spices, seasonings, ingredients, etc.
• Material formula analysis: medical packaging materials, PVC pipes, seals, building materials, etc.
• Auxiliary formula analysis: can provide analysis of auxiliary chemical formulas in various chemical industries.

What problems can be solved by formula analysis?
• Product R & D: Sample formulation analysis, speed up R & D progress, imitate samples.
• Industrial diagnosis: such as cracks, foreign objects, spots, residues, failures, etc., to help customers quickly find the root cause.
• Quality control: such as by-product analysis, supplier sample analysis, raw material control, etc.
• Product testing: such as performance testing, product evaluation method development, etc.

Formula analysis process:
• Sample evaluation: Perform technical evaluation on the target sample. It should be noted that not all samples can be analyzed by formula (non-analyzed samples such as natural products)
• Sending samples: The sample required for formula analysis is about 200g. Please note that some samples have certain safety requirements.
• Pre-treatment: In order to ensure the accuracy of the analysis and facilitate the analysis of large instruments, the samples need to be dried, purified, extracted, filtered, distilled, centrifuged and so on.
• Instrument analysis: Put the processed sample into the designated instrument, combine with the micro-spectrum database for qualitative and quantitative analysis, and obtain the basic formula data of the sample.
• Analysis report: For some components that are difficult to analyze, it is necessary to combine the professional experience of professional engineers to make judgments and revise the analysis report.
