| Job Description |
- We are seeking senior scientists with a specialty in hydrogel-related development and manufacturing,
- Candidates are expected to have extensive work experience in relevant pharmaceutical companies/CROs.

| Responsibilities |
- Work closely with the research team in hydrogel development.
- Obtain in-depth knowledge of the hydrogel development of interest.
- Supervise, mentor and cross-train other scientists within the hydrogel development group.
- Troubleshoot and remove issues hindering the successful development of hydrogels.
- Present project plans and ongoing progress regularly.

| Qualifications |
- Ph.D. in biology or polymer materials science is preferred. Ph.D. in other related fields is also considered.
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience in relevant pharmaceutical companies/CROs.
- Proficiency in hydrogel development research.
- Proven ability in project design and management, and capable of leading an R&D team independently.
- Ability to multitask and contribute in a challenging intellectual environment.
