Research Scientist/Project Manager, Hydrogel

Job Description	We are looking for research scientist/project manager to lead the research and development (R&D) group focused on hydrogel development studies. To successfully provide high-quality hydrogel development services to our customers, candidates are expected to have work experience in relevant CROs, CMOs or pharmaceutical companies.
Responsibilities	Design and operate hydrogel development studies to fulfill the needs of our clients with support from the research team. Perform experiments, troubleshooting, data collection, and data analysis complying with all applicable regulatory standards and safety standards. Ensure timely delivery of the results requested by our clients without compromising quality.
Qualifications	Ph.D. in biology or polymer materials science is preferred. Ph.D. in other related fields is also considered. A minimum of 1 year of work experience in relevant CROs, CMOs or pharmaceutical companies. Proficiency in hydrogel development research. Experienced in the use of specialized laboratory equipment, and capable of planning, performing and troubleshooting scientific experiments. Excellent problem-solving ability and communication skills.
