Introduction Polyether F127 (also known as poloxamer) is a synthetic A-B-A type triblock copolymer with a molecular structure of polyethylene glycol-polypropylene glycol-polyethylene glycol. The polypropylene glycol segment in the middle of the F127 molecule is relatively hydrophobic, while the polyethylene glycol segments at both ends are relatively hydrophilic. This hydrophilic and hydrophobic property enables it to self-assemble into nano-micelles in water, and is often used for solubilization and loading of hydrophobic drugs. In addition, F127 has the property of thermo-gelling upon heating, that is, the F127 solution is a fluid at low temperatures, and when the temperature is increased, the solution solidifies into a reversible physical gel. The above special physical and chemical properties enable F127 to be used as a drug carrier, wound dressing, surfactant, 3D printing ink preparation, etc.

Polyether F127 Diacrylate (F127DA) is endowed with photocuring ability by introducing propylene groups into the F127 molecular chain. F127DA photocurable hydrogel self-assembles into nano-micelles in water. Its core is a hydrophobic segment and its shell is a hydrophilic segment. It can be evenly dispersed in water as a cross-linker and active drug carrier to enhance the dispersibility of hydrophobic substances. In addition, the hydrogel also has excellent thermo-induced gelation (heating gelation) properties, good biosafety, and high strength and high toughness mechanical properties.
