Introduction | Fluorescent hydrogel is a self-fluorescent polymer material with adjustable fluorescence color development effect, so it has broad application prospects in research fields such as 3D printing, biosensing, disease diagnosis, fluorescence tracing, and biomimetic driving. Methacryloyl gelatin (GelMA) has been widely used in research fields such as cell 3D culture, tissue engineering, and biological 3D printing due to its good biocompatibility and visible light curing characteristics. The GelMA products developed by our team have the advantages of batch stability and professional supporting services. Fluorescent GelMA products are achieved by "grafting" fluorescent molecules on GelMA, and have specific fluorescent colors due to different grafted fluorescent molecules. Our team developed fluorescent GelMA to maintain the excellent properties of the original GelMA, overcome the shortcomings of fluorescent molecules easily diffusing out of the system in methods such as physical mixing or electrostatic adsorption, and also avoid the shortcomings of uneven imaging of fluorescent particles. |
